Seth: In Your Quiet Moments Say “WHO AM I?” And listen.

We are all utterly dependent upon the life force, without which there would be no individual.

The plant is not dependent upon you.

It is dependent upon the life force. It is you who have placed the plant in the particular circumstances in which it is now.

If the life force did not fill the plant, no amount of watering would make it grow.

And if the consciousness within the leaves did not sing 🎵🎶 with the vitality of existence, then no amount of chemicals would make it live.

“Each life is charmed (Seven said), yours, and everyone else’s, and you must never forget it. The instant you’re born, you’re charmed, because life itself is a charm. Each being is charmed into existence in whatever reality it finds itself, and given everything it needs to operate in the environment. Your body is charmed, too: It’s a magic part of everything else; springing up from all the things you see about you. Atoms and molecules go singing through the miraculous air, forming themselves into rocks and trees and dogs and cats and people, too. You are magic.

Seth: "The knowledge gained in one life is automatically transferred to another, whether that life be present, past, or future."

"Each life influences each other life."

"And, some portion of the personality retains memory not only of past lives but of future lives."

"Infinite intelligence leads me and guides me in all my ways."

If you thoroughly understood what that means then you do, indeed, live and experience a safe universe.

When you find yourself in a period of distress, it is because you do not trust your safety.

When you... find yourself now and then encountering such feelings;... feelings of insecurity – then admit to yourself that... they do not belong in the safe one.

Literally, such feelings make no sense in a safe universe.

You have to make a complete choice.

You are not inferior because you have problems.

Problems are a part of human life – a condition of your existence.

And, if you need any proof that you are a part of the human species and not so isolated from others, that is it.

They are challenges, highly characteristic of all living matter.

Let it be understood that your problems are no more upsetting, disagreeable, or exhausting than other people's.

You can turn the direction of your consciousness in other ways and perceive greater realities that presently exist.

You are all children in one way playing beneath the maple trees, dreaming in the long twilights of your adult state.

Your adult selves now seemingly so independent would not know what to say to your childhood selves if you met them.

Seth: "In any case, there are new lives growing and maturing within each individual, whatever his or her age or circumstances. The idea of survival reaches far beyond this life experience. And, each person has new physical and spiritual existences ever ready, for there is no such thing as extinction. Alive or dead (in usual terms), you are always conscious and aware and yourselves. And, you are always a part of universal ventures in which you have always been involved, whatever your states of consciousness.
